LINK TO REGISTRATION PORTAL: a link was sent to parents of current students by our registrar, Michele Fowler, on January 31st.  Please check your emails for the link, or contact Mrs. Fowler at [email protected]

IMPORTANT:
Some of our Grade 9-12 classes for 2024/2025 are nearing capacity. In order for current students to GUARANTEE a seat for the upcoming school year, they MUST be registered by Friday, February 23rd. On Monday, February 26th, we will open registrations for new students in Grades 9-12 and those limited spaces in the grades nearing capacity may be taken by new students.

Registration for the 2024/2025 school year begins this week. You will have received a package containing the Student Verification Formas well as instructions for registration and course selection. Make a note of your category - this will determine your tuition amount.

Please review the Student Verification Form for accuracy, update if needed, sign and date the back page, and return to the school office as soon as possible.

REGISTRATION:
On Wednesday, January 31st, parents of all current students and all new students entering Grade 8 will receive an email with a link to our online registration form. We encourage all families to complete the online form, however paper forms are available for pickup at the school office.

The Early Bird Deadline for registration is Wednesday, February 14th. All registrations received after this date are subject to the full registration fee.

For questions regarding registration, please contact our Registrar, Mrs. Michele Fowler, at [email protected]

For questions regarding finance and bussing, please contact our Bookkeeper and Office Manager, Mrs. Lori Donegan at [email protected]

COURSE SELECTION:
This year, we are moving to exclusively online course registration. You will be automatically sent a link to the course registration forms following completion of the online registration. Please review the information with your child/ren and fill out the appropriate forms online.

For those parents using paper registration, you will be sent the course selection link after the office has received your registration and verified that it is complete

Priority in elective courses will go to students who have fully registered and have completed their course selection prior to Spring Break. For courses available to multiple grade levels, students in the senior grade have priority.  Mr. Fraser will be hosting an online Course Selection Information Meeting for parents of current Grade 10 and 11 students on Tuesday, February 20th at 7pm. Details will be sent via email.

For questions regarding course selection, please contact our Academic Advisor, Mr. Dan Fraser, at [email protected]
